Returns and Refund Policy

 

  1. Customers who make purchases on the website have up to 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product to cancel the purchase without any additional cost. In this case, the customer may request a refund of the purchase amount. The refund will be made using the same method used by the customer to make the purchase, within 10 business days from receipt and verification of the order.

    1.1 Purchases made by credit card can be refunded in up to two subsequent invoices.

  2. For returns, this must be requested within 7 calendar days after receiving the product. Returns in which the product has been used, damaged or is not in its original packaging, or with damaged packaging, we may not accept the request and your purchase will be returned to you. Product returns will only be accepted if the product is free of signs of use or stains and without scratches and in accordance with the exchange or return conditions.

  3. The request must be made via the contact email with ENTERPRISE, contacts via direct message from Instagram or commercial WhatsApp, or any other means other than the email provided by ENTERPRISE. In cooperation to speed up the reverse process, attach photos and/or videos of the product, as well as data used in the purchase to better identify the order (Name and CPF and E-mail and/or order number).

  4. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, with no signs of misuse, except when the defect or damage proves the need to keep the original packaging for analysis. If the request is approved, the refund will include the value of the product and, where applicable, the proportional portion of the shipping, considering that the delivery service has been completed for the remaining products.

  5. In the event of a product being returned, the shipping costs will be borne by the Company.

  6. The Company informs that it has 10 (ten) business days to register the return of the returned product(s) and process the due refund.

  7. The refund will only be made after the product returns to the Company's headquarters and undergoes a new evaluation, verification and refund will be made within 10 (ten) business days.

  8. If it is found that the returned product does not match the technical specifications and conservation status in which it left the ENTERPRISE, the latter is exempt from any type/kind of reimbursement.

  9. A full refund will be applied in the following cases:

         The purchase is cancelled in full at the customer's request within the time limits set out in the Consumer Protection Code;

         Proof of defect, manufacturing damage, delivery of a product other than the one contracted or withdrawal, provided that the request is formalized and proven by the customer, in accordance with this clause. In such cases, all amounts paid will be refunded to the consumer, including the value(s) of the product(s) and shipping, unless the delivery service has been proven to have been provided in full for all items purchased.

          Partial refunds will occur in situations where the customer chooses to return only part of the products purchased, preserving the integrity and receipt of the remaining items. In this case, the amount to be refunded will be calculated proportionally to the items returned and shipping.

  1. If it is found that the returned product does not match the technical specifications and condition in which it left the COMPANY, the latter is not obliged to provide any type/kind of refund.

  2.  If the consumer sends the product for return on his own and outside the established period of 7 (seven) calendar days, the request will be considered untimely and, consequently, will not be accepted for purposes of refund or exchange based on the right of withdrawal. The Company reserves the right to refuse the return or refund of the product sent outside the period, since the legal condition that supports the right to full return will not be present.
